not sure if this is the right place to post this.

2 weeks ago,I pulled my intercostal muscles while over stretching and heavy lifting.

it was pure agony. ..had to be given naproxen....which triggered acid reflux and asthma. I couldn't sleep due to pain, breathing was very painful. A nightmare really

anyhow...as I said it's 2 weeks since the injury and I still can't yawn or sneeze due to intense pain at the front of my ribs. As soon as I take the deepest of breaths to sneeze, the pain is so sharp.

can it really take this long for it to all heal? Or should I go to the docs?
