Atlast someone has replied🙂. And especially someone who understands. Did ur problem start suddenly like mine and worsen and spread? What do you think it could be cos I have no idea. I can’t even touch it without it hurting 🥺

Mine started years ago , severe arthritis . You need to see a specialist for feet and find out what’s going on . I hope you feel better soon, get a nice bowl of hot soapy water and soak your feet, you will find this to be a lot of comfort .

You’re going to need to contact your gp. There are many reasons for pain in feet. A friend has plantas faciatis (yes I know not spelt correctly) which she describes like have pebbles in her shoes/bottom of feet. But the concern here is your pain seems to be spreading from what you wrote yesterday so I would definitely contact gp. In the meantime try taking something like ibuprofen. It has anti inflammatory properties that may help to calm things.

Let us know how you get on with your gp.

Hi Bevvy yes it is spreading like I said. It’s on the other foot too now. I took painkillers earlier and I think they helped alittle but obviously I want to get to the bottom of it. Yes like u said I will try and book an appointment tomorrow. I sat on the floor for a while and omg the pain 🙈

Do you have plantar fasciitis? Do you have Psoriasis?

If you don't get an answer that satisfies you from your podiatrist, consult a neurologist. Foot pain can be coming from somewhere else in your body.

Especially if objects touching your feet hurt, tell this to the doctors.

Hi , the pain in my heels is much much better but not completely gone. But maybe it’s because of this other awful awful pain I’m having else where 😔
