Left chest pain/discomfort and lightheaded/hot flush feelings

First time posting and not sure if i'm in the right section for this so if any one could point me to the right place if so would be much appreciated!

For a quick summary, Back in october I experienced multiple 'lightheaded/hot flush' moments on my journey home which in turn caused anxiety/panic and since then it's been on going chest pain/palpitation feelings along with this 'lightheaded/flush' happening at random.

I've got really two main issues at the moment which is pain in my chest on the upper left side which does radiate around the area from time to time, sometimes its more of a dull pain but others it can feel more noticeable/sharp/not sure how to describe. There is also an area which id say is always tender to the touch. Now for this pain is usually not too bad and mainly would come about due to panic/anxiety and would last for a week or two which when ive spoken to the doctors previously have said chest wall bruising due to the attack.

But now i've had this constantly since october and causes some sleepless nights where i dont know if its palpitation or muscle spasm, tried pain killers etc but doesnt really seem to do anything, have seen doctors again about it where they did a ECG which came back fine but have been referred for a longer monitor but the current wait list time is 'unknown', they also did a blood test which apart from vitamin d was low everything else is fine. Most recent dr's have given to try is naproxen which has atleast made it a bit more of consistent dull pain. So im at a loss with what to do for when it gets worse especially at night.

Now for the second part! As mentioned i seem to experience random lightheaded/hot flush feelings which seem to have no trigger overall but seems to be from when it started in October has no signs of going away, what i have noticed more recently is that my eyes either start to feel really sore and like its a strain to see or a trigger from the surroundings like looking at open spaces or from foreground to mid ground (if that makes sense?). Since this has started happening is has had more of an affect on my daily life especially without knowing what could trigger and it can happen anywhere, Dr's haven't given any advice or help apart from saying that as bloods was all fine then nothing wrong

if anyone has any kind of advice/tips/words to use all would be greatly appreciated!

That’s difficult for anyone to comment on. People can advice on what they have been through in similar situations but to suggest what the next step is for you is hard as no one is a dr on here. I did notice you have had an ECG though. Have they offered an EEG?Also I notice you have not mentioned if you take meds or drink coffee both of which can cause palpitations etc, just a thought.

Apart from that stress and anxiety can cause most of those symptoms you described so maybe a psychologist can help? I have had a lot of spinal problems which caused me stress and a psychologist did help me a lot.

Thanks for the reply, think for when wrote it was a bit of just getting the words out there and seeing if there's anyone that might of experienced similar ;)

Don't take any meds apart from the naproxen that the drs gave to try and help. Do drink tea, haven't really drank coffee since it started

I guess if there was stress/anxiety now is more due to this lightheaded/eye thing I get as I don't know what causes it , thought it was getting better but then had an 'episode'? The other day which has started off the chest discomfort/pain
