Is this Wee normal?

Im 26 YO male

I drink loads of water in day and somtimes my urine is clear in day time cause I drink to much, but when ever I wake up in night and 1st thing in morning, My wee is always dark orange, I drink water right before I go to bed, Ive been having bad pains upper right in liver gallbladder area for past few weeks and Cirrhosis was concerning me I have as I had ultra sound done 2-3 years ago or longer and had fatty liver and fear its gone to Cirrhosis. I put a pic below, Anyone know with cirrhosis is your urine always darker not matter when you go, Or is it only somtimes dark.

Be best to show your pictures to your GP . If your drinking loads of water you should be alright, but go and get it all checked out.

You are awful young to have developed Cirrhosis. However an elevated bilirubin which could indicate liver malfunction would cause your urine to appear orange. To be safe you should have lab tests including liver enzymes and a urinalysis. Call your GP..etheral

I went for bloods 6 weeks ago for differnt issues, Liver was one of them, but no sure what they would of tested, But they wall all normal I got told

I just didnt no what bloods they do when they put liver , would be it any of bloods that would idicate anything wrong with the liver, or would there be other special blood tests they would need to do ect, Ive been itchly for past few days all over my body and thats a sign of liver Cirrhosis, Im just worried that I have it.

Ok. Going to be harsh now but I think you have health anxiety and need to discuss this with your gp. Tried to be non specific in my previous response to you.Being itchy could be numerous issues from a change in washing powder to not getting soap off fully in shower. It does not necessarily mean cirrhosis. I too have fatty liver and to be honest the thought of cirrhosis is the last thing I have thought of when noticed wee is darker or am itchy.

Blood tests will have shown something if you had a serious problem with liver.

But as you know we are not doctors here and whilst we can give an opinion that is all we can give. Please please please contact your gp in new year to discuss ALL your concerns. Not just this particular one. Am also concerned about other issues you have raised previously. Yes, maybe there is something wrong that is causing all your issues and worries but we can’t and shouldn’t diagnose you. Trust your doctors and ask for help.

The colour of your urine will vary with how much fluid you drink only a dip stick or urinalysis can determine if its normal which means a visit to your doctor for help.

Your urine is usually a different colour during the night and especially in the morning. Remember you haven’t been drinking throughout the night so urine will be more concentrated.If you are worried you need to speak to gp though.

I have just looked at your profile and you have posted a lot over the past year about a number of different conditions. You seem to be very anxious and worried about a lot of different conditions. Might be worth asking your gp practice for a health review so you can be thoroughly checked over. This could set your mind at rest…..??

Check your vitamin B12 & vit D levels .We were told our serum b12 was normal & we were both severely deficient resulting in irreversible nerve damage in our spine & hearing loss .B12 should be >550 without taking supplements.We were also vit D deficient.View info on b12awareness.org as I saw 17 Drs including 7 specialists before we received an accurate diagnosis.I have fatty liver too which flared by taking a blood pressure med Norvasc .I have fresh lemon juice squeezed,am gluten & sugar& fat free.
