Bad few days!!

Having a really hard last 36 hours!

My back has flared up so bad, I’ve been taking extra medication 💊 but I need morphine to take the edge off, but my last gps wouldn’t let me have anymore… I’m lucky I hav a mobility scooter so I can get fresh air and walk my dogs but the pain of kerbs and humpy bumpy pavements and roads has made it worse …

I need to get to the opticians tomorrow I really hope it calms down .. I need to go as my left eye have been playing up and jiggling with pain behind my eye …

I hope things calm down enough that you can get to the optician. Are you using any non-drug things to help. I have never got on with TENS machines but I find hot water bottles are brilliant. The good old fashioned kind. Last time I had a severe flare I had three, one on my back, one on my upper thigh and one for my hip. And when I needed to walk around I wore an old pair of dungarees with the hot water bottle shoved in!

Oh you poor thing hope your soon feeling a little better I'm sure the weather makes us worse. Sorry I haven't been on here for a while but been having a bad time myself. I get my mir results today hopefully may get some answers xxf
