Hi just a thought have u been tested for Peripheral neuropathy because your pain sounds alot like mine I hope this is of some help

I was going to suggest you look up small fibre neuropathy and Erythromelalgia - if these fit then please ask to be referred to a good neurologist who may be able go diagnose and help get to the bottom of these. They are not psychosomatic conditions but the underlying cause and resulting pain can make us very anxious.
