Blocked and painful ears.

Can anyone please give me a tip on how to unblock my eusachisia tubes behind the ears. My hearing has gone in my left ear and I have been prescribed steroid spray but this hasn't worked. Also both ears very painful as well as blocked. Many thanks.

There are some videos on YouTube that may help. I tend to blow my nose Very gently, while holding the nostril closed. This can help put pressure back up the tube.

Swallowing a glass of water while holding both nostrils closed can also help.

Whatever you do, be gentle or you can rupture the eardrum.
