For past 2 and half weeks ive been having pain in my upper bum/lower back right side in same spots it a stabbing pain happens if I walk sit stand lye ect,
Ive recently in past week been getting upper groin pain in that area when I sit down Its agony I can not sit for longer than than an hour it comes unbearable with pain in that area after a while.
I can go for a walk and be in little pain not much at all
The bulk of the pain is when sitting or bending/ moving in certain ways
If I go for a walk say for 20 minute's when I get back and stop moving it reaaly hurts to start to move again
I sometimes get pains in my thigh and upper leg when lying down,
Ive been givin strong pain killers but they do nothing, I have High blood pressure so I got told I can not take naproxen or anti inflammatory
Doctor thinks its muscle but I dont think it is I think I could of done somthing to my hip ect,
Has anyone ever had anything like this before them selfs, any advice would be great thank you

Hmm. Obviously I'm not a doctor, but what you describe reminds me of my symptoms (although they're in somewhat different places). Mine are due to spinal nerves being squashed. Your doc is *probably* right, but this could also be a trapped nerve or a disc problem.
Even if it is a nerve issue, the early treatment is to wait and see, as most get better by themselves, so not much to be done there. It sucks that you can't take antiinflammatories! Your doc may prescribe codeine if the pain is really bad. Heat and/or cold can help some people. How does it feel when you lie down? Sitting and standing cause me a lot of pain, so I spend a lot of time reclining/lying down. The other thing I can suggest (assuming that your doc hasn't told you to stop exercising) is to keep moving. Not 24/7, obviously, but gently, and on a regular basis. If you just stop moving about your muscles will start to weaken, which can cause other issues.
One very important thing: if you start getting numbness in your saddle area (the parts of you that would touch the saddle/horse if you were sitting on one), having trouble with bowels/bladder (losing control or having trouble going), or having difficulty walking, get to an A&E/ER FAST. These are signs of a very rare but very serious condition called cauda equina. Don't worry about it, as it is very rare, but do keep it in the back of your head.
There is an assumption that all pain in this area is caused by something in the back/spine or the hip joint, that is where the femur/leg bone sits in the hip bone. But there is another a joint in there, the sacroiliac joint is where the sacrum which is a triangular bone fused from the last few joints in the spine joins the hip bone. You description, especially the bit about not being able to sit, is often found in sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
