No one here can diagnose your problem. This is something for a physio or chiropractor.
Do you have other physical problems like a bad back or feet pain ? Pains in the leg after exercise are often referred from other parts of the body. But only an examination and consultation with an expert can say what it might be.

Sorry you feel so bad!
Are you on any new medications like cholesterol lowering drugs ?
If not you should see your primary doctor and explain your issues and have all your vitamins checked.
