I was running on the treadmill yesterday and accidentally fall down from it. After this incident, my body is paining, and I feel stressed and can't concentrate on any works. I tried some natural remedies to heal the pain, but it didn't work as I expected. I feel difficulty in walking, so I'm not able to step outside my home. I searched online for some solutions and came to know about in-home physiotherapy treatments( physiomobility.com/home-hea.... I'm thinking about trying it as I hope it can reduce my pain. Has anyone tried in-home physiotherapy? Was it effective? Kindly share your opinions.
Thanks!

Thank you for your post. I appreciate that you wrote this a couple days ago, but in case your pain hasn't changed, please consider reaching out to your health professional: doctor, GP, nurse. They are in the best position to judge if you are okay and if not, how you can get better.
It is key that a doctor can check that nothing happened during your fall that requires medical attention. During the pandemic you are probably able to get a phone appointment and answer some basic questions to help with this.
In preparation, take a look at our leaflet on managing healthcare appointments. It can come useful whenever you plan a doctor's visit. You can find it here: painconcern.org.uk/managing...
