Are they a problem? They help with tinnitus.

If it's not extremely loud i can't see why not if it helps u.Plus everyone is different n what might work for u might not for another.

Suggestion..i believe??? we have a tinnitus forum here..might be helpful.

You can get white noise machines or apps on your phone that give out noises such as rain falling. I'm sure you may have tried these already but if not, might be helpful.
