I'd spend my money on a good sports therapist or chiropractor ( both /either should be personally recommended by someone with personal successful experience.)
There may be useful stretches on YouTube.
Hi
I tried it didn't work for me I bought the most expensive but I'm waiting for 4 discs fused. Give it a try you have nothing to loose.
Try a strong dose a least 2000mgs in 10 mls ...a company called Kiara make it
My pelvic floor physical therapist sold me some CBD+CBG oil 2 weeks ago which I use 5 drops under my tongue 3xday to try to cut back on the amount of pain medication I've been taking. I've noticed I get at least an hour's worth of relief after every dose and you can increase the number of drops you use since it's supposed to be all natural. I live in a state that does not allow THC so mine does not contain that. I'd give it a try. Good luck!
I use the extra strength capsules each night before bed to help with chronic shoulder pain from a torn rotator cuff that I'm waiting to get fixed. I tried all kinds of painkillers and even sleeping pills but nothing allowed me to sleep more than 2 hours. The cbd oil was a game changer for me. I have never slept better and I don't even need as many pain killers during the day. I also have better focus at work. Good luck I hope it works for you too!
What strength are the capsules please.
That's a really good question because it doesn't actually say on the website where I bought it cbdconsultantsuk.co.uk/shop...
I just know I've never slept so well in my entire adult life!
Kara951 makes a good point.
Ive used cbd oil a few times but it’s expensive especially the more concentrated it is. generally the cbd’s works better if there’s at least a small amount of thc in it. If I were you, I would start off with 1000mg cbds and if that doesn’t work then work your way up. just make sure to do your research because it can be difficult to find a legit cbd oil that actually has the amount it says in it.
Hi, Spursboy! I have been on medicinal cannabis since the beginning of September for multiple aches and pains for which no cause can be found. I'm not sure how effective CBD oil is on its own; I am supposed to also take THC oil. The latter is the one that gets you "high" if SMOKED. It is not addictive if taken as an oil, but I don't like the sensation of being a "bit spaced out" so have stopped taking the morning dose and only take it at night. However, I do feel better than I've felt for a long time, so it might be worth giving it a whirl. NB it's very expensive, but what price your health, say I?!
HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone.
