Lots of people have stomach and bowel pain and sickness and for the most part it is not serious, just a bug that you have picked up, and it will pass.
Without further information no one can really help you. How long have you had it? What brought it on? How long has it lasted?
If you google irritable bowel syndrome does it sound similar?
