Anyone tried Kinoki foot pads before? I have used them for a month and they really seem to improve my sleep pattern. Soon as i ran out, I was back to worse sleep more pain and anxiety. Anyone know if these can be used all the time? Mines were always black and oily after use only time it was less is if it slipped off during the night.
