I had some type of viral infection about 2 weeks ago now and my main symptoms (weakness and chest pains) I have now recovered from. However, for the last 5 day’s I have developed a persistent headache. I sometimes feel of balanced and feel like I’m swaying. I have started to do neck exercises in case it’s caused by poor posture. I have also noticed that there is more pressure in my ears that i can’t find any relief from. I’m also experiencing tinnitus sounds that I think have got worse over the last few days.
Any advice would be really appreciated!

Hi, I I've experienced the same feeling, swaying fullness in the ears, unbalanced. Been to GP, 2 different neurologist. Switch to new general new GP, ear nose specialist. Had MRI..found nothing
New Doctor GP said severe migraines..he suggests Riboflavin 400mg, magnesium. Meclizine over counter for swaying. I'm better! fullness went away however just a bit of swaying not all the time. It worked for me..
Neurologist billed my insurance $6000 for office visit, offered pharmaceutical drugs. Vitamin work..hope it helps
