Its been three daysvand still no help. I havevwritten 4 notes to help team and two to administrator and my second to you! This isvreally screwed up! I amgetting no personal messages from my friend and wevare not being notified whenn there isva message!

Hi there, this is to do with how you have set up your profile. To change your profile name, click on the circle icon on the top right hand side of the page, select profile, choose edit and then change your profile name to something other than your full name.
