painful sudecks dystrophy in my hands and foot

hi everyone. has anyone found anything to releave the pain of sudecks dystrophy. I already use gabapentin. paracetamol. lidocaine patches. amitriptyline. but after 9 years on these I'm not getting any better. I can now hardly walk as the pain is to much.

any ideas. I see the doctor again next week. need to know what to ask for as nothings working for me thanks

Amitriptyline did not work at all for me. Just made me unconscience at bedtime. Made my doc feel better lol. This is a unpopular suggestion but I think theRe is a time and place for opioids so people can have productive happy lives and this may be one of them. Addiction rates for disabled is quite low actually. So I suggest starting with the mildest form and seeing what relief you get. A bottle of 50 tablets of tylenol #3 last summer meant I traveled and swam in 5 different lakes and camped in a tent for 2 weeks at differing locations. Best summer in 4 years!
