The main thing is having to “redo” some of your vaccinations within so many weeks after your surgery. Your liver will assume some of the functions your spleen did but overall you likely won’t notice anything different.

Nothing aside from the typical post op stuff. The main thing to remember is it’s going to be a while before your immune system builds back up to normal again. Avoiding large crowds, places where people are sick like a doctor’s waiting rooms and small children for the first few months is wise.
