I think a lot about my conditions (Psoriatic Arthritis, Psoriatic Spondylitis and Fibromyalgia) & all the literature I read or people I talk to about Arthritis talk about a specific joint or isolated area where they hurt. It has me thinking a lot about my pain- I have joint pain, muscle pain & inflammation EVERYWHERE! Severe, chronic headaches, neck pain, shoulders (top & back), mid & lower back, arms/elbows/wrists/hands/fingers, hips, legs, feet & toes. I can isolate the arthritis from the Fibromyalgia (pain & inflammation vs tenderness), & the wide-spread areas of pain from arthritis worry me, especially for my age (32). Does anyone else have this widespread pain with their arthritis/psoriatic Arthritis?

Yes, I have pain all over, fibromyalgia, spondylitis and osteoarthritis plus other painful conditions, it's horrendous. I try to stay positive but it's hard sometimes. Please take care. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
Yes, I can relate. I have all over pain with the psoriatic arthritis. I have had a lumbar fusion in my lower back L5S1, I have had two knee replacements, the left knee 13 days ago, right knee 7 months ago. I have twisted and knotted hands, I have horrible pain in both feet, including Achilles tendons and plantar fasciitis. I have pain in my left hip, bulging disc and pinched nerves in my neck which causes shoulder pain. I have neuropathy. I also have raynauds in my hands, toes, and tip of nose. I have minimal psoriasis, but I break out in rashes often. So yes I understand about all over pain and some days certain joints will flare and heat up and swell tremendously. It is a horrible disease and deteriorating my joints, I am 57, and was diagnosed January 2012, but I suffered long before without a diagnosis. The pain started in my 30's, but my RA factor was negative and apparently all the doctors I seen did not have knowledge of psoriatic arthritis. I was so glad when I found out what is was that caused havoc over my body, I hated the diagnosis! but at least I knew what it was. I have battled this disease and will continue to. Sorry so long, but just wanted to share with you I get it! It's not just one joint it's all over, and it moves around!
I am hopeful for us both that someday we can get it controlled. Take care and keep battling.
