This is a long shot.. but has anyone suffered form DVT?

Hi if you had a DVT the area affected would be swollen and very painful and you might feel unwell too. Cramp only lasts for a short time and can be alleviated by massaging the painful muscle. x

Cramp is a spasm of your calf muscle and agree with hypercat here, you would be in A&E by now and extremely unwell. First Aid is stretch your leg and pull your toes towards you. Magnesium deficiency can be the cause... If you don't experience pain in your calves when walking, like I do, no you got nothing too worry about. But record how often you experience a cramp.
