Are you allowed to take paracetamol or co-codamol plus Ibuprofen? Have you tried this combination (short term) for pain. Take Lactulose as well.

Sorry you had to give up one of your jobs. That's heavy work - a shopping centre?

Are there any McDonald's within travelling distance where you live? They are sometimes looking for cleaners.

Have you considered asking your GP for a referal to Pain Clinic or to an Orthopaedic Consultant?

Have you had an MRI scan of your spine?
