Im have physical pain in my lower left stomach

Its feels like a cramp from nothing. It hurts.

Constipation it sounds like to me,you can get spasm/ cramps from it,very painful indeed it can be I suffer it.,try hot water bottle in the area to soften it and hopefully that'll help it release.

If it is constipation you may find drinking plenty of water will help. This rehydrates the stools and softens them, making the mass easier to pass.

See a doctor as there are many causes for abdominal cramping, some are severe requiring medical treatment and some are manageable yourself.

There are so many organs and structures in your abdomen it would be difficult to say what is causing it. We are not doctors so we cannot diagnose what you could have.
