Constant leg pains

Hi I was diagnosed with over active parathyroid 4 years ago does anyone suffer with joint pains from the hips down to their feet

Yes I'm waiting for an appt at the hospital as my blood test show called out in the blood and low vitamin d the pains in my hips knees and feet is horrific and I get pubs and needles all through the night waking me up in my hands the doctor said the hospital are sending me an appt in the post as it's possibly a tumor on my parathyroid gland
