Pain is never ending

Lo g time no hear (from me) so anyway let's get straight to it the results came back and I have dehydrated discs and I'm currently seeing a physio but at no improvement I've been suffering for the last 2 nights with OH I don't know gerd ! Has anyone had it where it goes along your jaw line and middle of chest and middle back area I have taken gaviscon and just having a bath but scared to eat ....

Are you taking Gaviscon Advance after meals and before bed?

I've just taken some double action and had a glass of milk hoping that helps

ENT Consultant said Advance is best. It's supposed to be after food.

No heart issue had that all checked it’s defiantly gerd or maybe even trapped wind as I’ve been burping a lot but thanks for putting me at ease x
