Lo g time no hear (from me) so anyway let's get straight to it the results came back and I have dehydrated discs and I'm currently seeing a physio but at no improvement 
I've been suffering for the last 2 nights with OH I don't know gerd ! Has anyone had it where it goes along your jaw line and middle of chest and middle back area I have taken gaviscon and just having a bath but scared to eat ....

Are you taking Gaviscon Advance after meals and before bed?
I've just taken some double action and had a glass of milk hoping that helps
ENT Consultant said Advance is best. It's supposed to be after food.

Almost sounds like a heart issue.
No heart issue had that all checked it’s defiantly gerd or maybe even trapped wind as I’ve been burping a lot but thanks for putting me at ease x
