Not Doctors here so unable to make diagnosis but could it be....

Costochondritis is inflammation of the junctions where the upper ribs join the costal cartilage that attaches them to the breastbone (sternum). Costochondritis causes localized chest wall pain and tenderness that can be reproduced by pushing on the involved cartilage in the front of the rib cage.

Some 46 years ago we used to call it Stitch (not a Medical Term) any pain in the body while running. You should see your Doctor about it because you do need exercise. I should know I have had non due to an injury, I've put on a lot of weight on this year.

You say "I've had all heart test possible"? What, exactly has been done by whom? What did the doctor say about it and about getting fit?

The problem with being unfit is quite often the pain you experience getting moving again.

I had six weeks laid up after a back operation; I hadn't done any fitness for 2 years previously . Getting going again gave me chest pain on exertion and pain I most muscles and joints!

After 3 or 4 goes this all eased off and the chest pain went away.

No I was fit when this started. I Don,t mean run I mean walking, getting up from the chair.

What examinations did you have when you say "all heart test possible" and what did the doctor say afterwards?

Sounds like pains in the muscles in your chest , when you get the pain does it really hurt to try and breath in and out properly?

Maybe your doctor and you should go through a realistic exercise program for you to follow and then you can go and get help from a gym or personal trainer x

No it does not hurt to breath, it hurts when I start walking, It goes away when I stop for a minute, comes back when I start walking again.
