I thought it would be good for all of us Cronic pain suffers (or careers) to say something positive that has come out of all the horrible life changing pain
For me it’s shown me who truly loves me and how important family is to me and has brought us a lot closer and helped me learn a bit of patience
What about everyone else

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.. you are so right. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in ourselves and our immediate problems, we forget to stand back to appreciate the things which truly matter. x
I think my positive over the last ten years. is/was spending more time with my children watching them grow up, otherwise I would of been busy working and doing my own hobbies.
Yes it has helped me that my partner is supportive as had back pain for years and he said enough was enough and I went to see another private listed doctor in may and finally got honest answer about pain and I'm booked in for a interbody fusion in 5 weeks time and I've been on Gabapentine and Zormorph tablets for long time and only have some relief so anyone got any tips for improving it as I'm not looking forward to the operation but if it gives me relief from pain thats all I can ask as had it for years and I'm only in my fifties
