What are you currently taking for the pain? What has your doctor said? Are you doing physio?

I had exactly the same situation!. I guess your operation was for manipulation under anaesthetic? The most important thing is the physio. You must keep it moving, otherwise the pain will continue and you could end Up with shortening of that arm. Keep doing your physio exercises for as long as you like. (I still do mine sometimes because I have arthritis in the elbow joint and I want to be able to use it as long as possible. X
