I have and injury from 2 years ago and have had to stop many sports , hospital told me it was , osgood scklatter disease then shin splints ,arthritis,then a crooked patella and now legs which Bend inwards , what next ? Anything else the nhs want to add to the list , even better when its affecting my daily life of walking to school and going out

There is a phrase 'if you can't connect the issues, think connective tissues'. Have you been assessed for hypermobility?
It also might be an idea to see a podiatrist if you haven't already. It could be that having proper insoles in your shoes might stabilise your knee.
Not sure how old you are? You are still growing I think and your muscular coordination is not functioning as it should. It is impossible to advise because what is right this week may be wrong next week.
You need to find a sports therapist who can advise you on walking. The sports therapist can also check if any of your walking muscles are over contracted. The local football team may be able to offer advice as to who are good local ones.
NHS physios are one size fits all and are unlikely to be helpful.
