Side effects query

Hi looking for some help re side effects. Has anyone experienced any changing from oxynorm 5mg to shortec 5mg? My hubby had a skin rash all over & we dont know if this is the cause. Thanx

Don't know about changing - but any opiate may cause rash and itch. Are you saying it's the Shortec is causing the rash??

I got a whole torso non itchy rash from the local anesthetic used for spine injection. They changed the anesthetic the next time and no rash.

It also may be the covering of the pill causing this???
