Hi, I have been suffering from chronic neuropathy pain, migraines along with degenerative disk disease at L4/L5 with sciatica pain. I also have arthritic knees and bad leg cramps. I'm so tired of dealing with pain.

Hi, I have been suffering from more or less same for years. Cannot have either neck or spine operation, as both consultants reckon outcome would be worse . I take painkillers, and just each day as it comes. I would rather do this than not be able to move. The days I feel ok I do things as best I can, on the bad days I just take things easy, For migraine dark room and sleep best thing I find. Hope things work out for you..

Ive had successful surgery at L4 L5 S1.I sufferred for 24yrs now i have no sciatic pain at all,life is so much better.Im truly blessed to have had such a great surgeon.I had new vertebraes made.I was told surgery was out of the question but here i am.Ive just had a setback,torn my inner and outer miniscus really badly,the pain is unbearable ,seen tge surgeon just waiting for the phone call to go into theatre and pray for another successful ooeration.Ive done so much damage to my knee its rediculous,cant wait for surgery.
