Shoulder pain and tightness

Hi everyone

I am having very bad neck and shoulder pain that every time I move my arm I hear clicks from both sides . Help plz

Sorry, arthritis can affect younger people too. Sounds like physio is a good first step. Perhaps a referral to rheumatology.

Are you hyper mobile? I have Hypermobility Joint Syndrome and click all over constantly! It affects all of my joints but hips and shoulders are particularly affected.

Have you had an assessment from physio? It would be worth getting a referral for physio (you can self refer in some areas) to get a proper assessment and exercises. It is possible that the tightness is causing problems.
