First day back and it's been exhausting and a bit of a challenge, but I got through it just so want to go back to sleep now and a another day tomorrow.

I know 😀,I hope it does get easier as I settle back in a routine and I think it will,as my knee gets better my stamina and physical strength 💪 should hopefully be a lot better too xx
