I had sciatica pain 3 yrs back... then i thought was cured .. but now it reouccured. And I m getting pain at my buttock and lower back.. some one suggested me exercise for sciatica. Tried doing It got 35% relief.. but getting numbness and cramps in last finger of left leg... more than pain it is pinching on left buttock.... pls guide what to Do??

It sounds as though the pain is coming from lower back. I suggest you go to doctor and ask for referral for a MRI scan to see whats going on.
