Acetabular labral tear anyone?

Just wondering if anyone on here suffers from this and is pre op and what they find helpful for the pain. Thank you!

Usual cycling of heat and ice with whatever physical movement is practical - but, that said, I don't react well to pain medication so don't use any. I've a SLAP in one shoulder and a subscapularis tear in the other but I'm reluctant to have surgery so have opted for non-surgical management for the last few years.

That said, I'm probably at the point where they're pretty unstable and I may have to opt for surgery before I lose any more muscle quantity or quality or too much of an impact on my activities of daily living.
