Hi there i will try to give some advice later in my post. Firstly i think its important to let people know about one of the less spoken about symptoms your experiencing.

The cluster headache.

I suffer from these through CRPS

A Cluster headdche is strange, for me its not like the pounding feeling of say a flu headache. Its as if someone has climbed inside your skull and is hammering trying to escape. They only target an area at a time , which i could easily draw a small circle around.

The pain is often fully dibilitating and feels more like a bone pain as appossed to a throbbing. They are very very intense , and can last minutes or hours, and move around your head.

I find these so painful and thats from someone with full body CRPS so i have a good idea on pain.

To advice, i sure most will commend you on here for suffering what you do while suffering your symptoms, and in know way patronising you well done for holding a full time position.

The chronic fatigue and the obvious stress your under are the two areas i

Would try to improve. Neither is easy but are well worth the effort it takes to improve.

For me there needs to be a certain amount of selfishness attached.

First i would set up a sleep pattern

You can find out on line the benifits of doing this. It will take atleast a few weeks to balance this out and its not easy . You will see a difference , i say selfish because everyone around you will need to respect what your doing and work around your pattern . In the end it will benifit all around as well as you.

The stress you are under can be reduced by doing lots of things, distraction relaxation breathing excersices etc. These again are thing that need to be learned and practised.

Im almost the same age as you so sometimes learning is something we dont see as important, i can say i found the techniques strange after time they become second nature, same as the first time you drive, you feel nervous look all around panic etc until you learn . Then you just do it without thinking.

Not a quick fix but hope this is helpful.

Thanks and good luck.

Dave
