Since before Christmas i have been having dull ache's in my left arm with occasional burning.
Its not every day, but most days get one or more symptoms
Sometimes hand goes cold, or slight neck ache.
I have no chest pain or shortness of breath unless i panic!
As i haven't received other symptoms to suggest heart related, thought would go away but still persists.

See a chiropractor. You may be causing pressure on nerve roots. Tumours can also press on nerve roots. Thus you may need to see a doctor.
