Unsteady on standing

Everyday I am unsteady on feet all day,then come the night time am a lot better.working as a hairdresser with a tens machine on and that many anti inflanatories is not good

Have you got pain in your lower back as that on its own can effect the legs and make them feel weak. With hairdressers standing in one place for hours at a time can play havoc with your spine so posture and core exercises are important. My daughter gave up hairdressing because she has an arched back and couldn't cope with the pain everyday.

I don't know why am unsteady , but it really is taking over my life .My feet are always cold,but I feel hot all the time !!!!

hi, ive just this minuit been on the phone speaking to my doctor over very simila problems , some months ago i had a very severe dizzy spell which caused me to fall and close to bllackout , after tests i was found to be anaemic and placed on two types of pills one of which was iron no idea what the other was ,im always unsteady on my feet and two days ago i had another one of these turns but not quite as bad i was in the front bedroom and turnesd towards the door and the soom spun ,i almost fell but used the wall to keep me semi upright however this time there was a difference, i got a sort of numb pain in the two small fingers of my right hand and i felt slightly sick, i have to have more blood tests but she thinks it could be yes aneamia but also some vertigo, she says it is very difficult to treat but thats the situation i find myself in , perhaps you could mention this to your doctor as a suggestion.
