I dont like taking meds so need some other help than just taken meds. And i also have anxiety depressing

hello, I know exactly how you feel about taking medication. I am so reluctant to keep upping the dosage to obtain pain relief. I am constantly being told I am under medicating for my low back condition. I rely heavily on my hot water bottle and TENS machine . This site has lots of support and advice but I think it is a good idea to also discuss it with your health care providers too. Good luck with your journey Kia302017.
