I don't know whether this is to do with the mixture of pill I take or the menopause, I had a medicine review with gp & he put up my Gabapentin & hrt, Gabapentin upto 1800mg a day 3x600mg due to pain levels been at 8/9 10 daily he also split the codeine & paracetamol into 2 different pills & hrt upto 1.25mg bec of these sweats & me aging!!.
Has also none elsee suffered night sweats with gsbapentin or premarin increase.
It's awful as I wake up stuck to my nightwear & sheets.,it's not particularly cold I know at night, sleep wiv window open too, hate wasting gp time if I said I sweat at night feels a bit lame!.x

Complete sympathy as I went through them for years.
Both David and I have had the night sweats. Me when I was going through the change. David on his meds.
I was only 37 and GP at the time didn't pick up as he said I was far too young. So I never had hrt just muddled through
David gets them but his drugs are different to yours. Not very helpful is it!
You are now on 1800 Gabapentin. I take it you have been on this med for some time and increased slowly? If not it could be a possibility.
You can get some sort of flat pillow which goes under your feet and as it is cold keeps your body cool. Can't for the life of me remember what they are called but did try one and very good.
I've tried sleeping in just a thin cotton t shirt but I still sweat..it's mainly my legs & back , under my breasts too..it's awful wake up literally soaked!! Chg t shirt & back to bed!!
