Hi , im new to this so any help would be appreciated

does anyone use cherry juice for arthritis and what are the results ?

I am prone to gout as my kidneys don't work properly and I Used to get it quite a bit.

I used cherry juice to help which it did ,but I found that the actual fruit was more effective than the pre packed cartons of juice.It was further recommended that rather than have a load of cherries when I had an attack it was better to take a small supply every day ( approx 10 cherries ) to keep your system topped up so to speak.I think there is some enzyme in the cherries which helps with arthritis so a build up in your system rather than a one off dose is better .

Don't use it myself but it is supposed to be very good in cases of gout.
