Shooting pains

I experience shooting pains all over my body at different times , mostly in my eye socket , left cheek and jaw , round my chest and up my right leg. I have recently been diagnosed with costochondritis , but I really don't think that's what's causing it.

Your symptoms sound a bit like trigeminal neuralgia but of course no one can diagnose on the forum.

Shooting type pains and all over body pains can also be down to low/deficient B12 and also low thyroid.

See a dentist. They could check if you have a jaw problem.
