Welcome.
Welcome. If you're a real Dr, as opposed to just your name on here, I've a ton of heart related questions for you lol
Hope you enjoy the board!
Will here goes then
My age is 40's. I've always had a fairly low resting heart rate, and not because of athleticism.
It used to be in the mid 50's. I have some back issues witch have me on fentanyl 50, Gabapentin 3*300, i also take Sertraline, ceterizine and Fexofenadine.
My reasting heart rate is now high 40's and with a bit of activity mid to high 50's, when quite relaxed it can go to low 40's (regularly)
My blood pressure always seems to be pretty good. Usually 120-135 over 80-90.
My oxygen is usually between 90-95%
Should I be concerned about my low pulse?
At what point should I get concerned? A certain number which is "bad"?
Is there anything I should be doing or avoiding because of this?
Thanks in advance, I appreciate your time!

Very nice to meet you. Can you tell us about your areas of expertise and where you studied and practised? It's great to have a doctor joining the site.
Welcome to our site I have back problems and went in hospital on Friday for radio frequency and a spine block under live x-ray. The spine block will last between 6 and 8 weeks wish I could find a long lasting pain relief I'm taking nortriptline for the nerve pain but it does not stop the pain.
