Hang in there love. Take a deep breath and think of something positive, even if it's just the beautiful warm sunshine today. Take yourself off for a walk and breathe in positive energy from the world around you. Breathe in its freshness and scents of your land.

Come back, have a nice cup of decaf tea and do something like plan a nice tea. Just try to stay focuses as it should pass. Keep your chin up xxxxx
