yes paracetamol and tramadol are safe taken together as im on tramadol and sometimes i take paracetamol instead of my stronger dyhydroceidine. i take them both together always leave at least 4 hours between anything with paracetamol in it and not more than 8 in 24 hours. hope you get some relief from pain,

paramol has dyhydrocoedine in it i think its about 8mg. along with paracetamol you buy them over the counter in the chemist. quite expensive as well. your very welcome bonnie. i hope your anxiety and panic has calmed down now.they are safe at the same time as tramadol.goodnight bonnie, i hope you get a nice sleep. xoxoxo😴💤

I've been taking Co-codamol for more years than I can remember. Tramadol I CAN'T take; it makes me really ill! Had major dental surgery two yrs ago: left me very ill, post-op infection. Left with denture that doesn't fit. Get ulcers, can't eat in public.

I've also just had oral surgery...4 wisdom teeth and 6 extractions(phobia led to them being well.....awful). Tramadol yes should be fine as it works differently than dihydrocodeine tartrate which is in Paramol. Like any opiates...just be careful. I do hope you feel better soon. J
