Hi and welcome to this site. I hope you get more information and help regarding your pain. You don't say what is causing your pain and what you've tried so far?

Hello and thanks for the welcome. I have Crohn's Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, Myalgic Encepholopathy and Asthma. My main source of pain at this time is severe joint pain & stiffness. I was formerly on Cymbalta, which enabled me to walk again. Am on Humira. Phased out the Cymbalta as the side effects were pretty bad.

Wow I wish I hadn't asked lol. Thats a lot going on for one person to manage and I really feel for you. It's a shame you had to come off your previous meds seeing as they worked so well. The trouble is that all meds have side effects and there isn't much out there that works well for pain. Have you been to pain management classes? They teach you how to use meditation techniques, pacing, stretching, excercise and advise that you try acupuncture and tens therapy etc. What about pain injections? Sometimes they can help.

Thanks and yes, a lot going on. 😳 My doctors say I have a "complicated" medical history. Well, YAH! Lol.

I haven't been to pain management classes but am going to a pain management doctor follow up soon who will steer me in that direction. Thanks for your tips! 😊
