bilirubin level?

Hi I recently had stomach pains and went to the er. They did a ct scan of my stomach and found nothing, however because I've had previously ovarian cyst they did an ultra sound and found I had two again. They told me that, that was causing my pain and because I know this pain because I've had them before, this wasn't the same pain. I went to my doctor who ordered a blood test of many things one including my liver. And my bilirubin level is 1.4 where normal is 1.2. Is this something to be concerned about? They told me they'd call me if it was anything bad but I didn't hear anything so I called because I'm worried and they say everything is good. It just doesn't seem right. Should I be worried. I'm young I'm 25 I don't drink or anything like that.
