I'm not pacing the floor as that hurts, but I'm awake with you! What jigsaw are you working on?

Have you done more as you've had so many good nights and over done it? I usually find that's what I end up doing. Good night x

Done the floor pacing. Good way of doing things when needed. Try playing Freecell as well. It also helps.

There are things called positive feedback loops which the body can engage in and we need the means to get out of the positive feedback loop that can totally overwhelm us..

What have you never heard of?

You r so right. Freecell does help. Milky cocoa drink sometimes. And telling myself, I can if needed manage on 4 hours sleep even if broken up.

What is free cell ?

A more concentrated game than Solitaire. Sort of the same but opposite in some ways. The colour cards have to go on the black cards when moving them. But there is a place for4 cards to move to whilst you work out how to get all the cards in their suite starting with the Ace. Don't suppose I have explained it very well, but it is challenging and possible most of the time. I'm off to play a game now.
