Sorry to hear about your pain but why do you think it is connebcted to your hysterectomy?
Have you spoken with your Doctor about it? Had Xrays on the joint? It could be several causes and getting a diagnosis is important then you can get meds, physion etc.
Meantime hot and cold compress will help. Empty yoghurt pot filled with water and frozen rubbed over the sore area. Or cheap bag pf peas. Very cold will numb the area.
Thank you for reply I feel it's connected to hysterectomy as I feel it has dried out my joints completely. Slowly over the past 5 yrs my joints have become more stiff and sore since my op.
I feel so you g in my head but I can see this pain grid di g me down. I did discuss with doc but I always get the brush off as if it's not serious (the pain that is).
If you are not happy with what your GP said then aske to speak with another.
I still think the connection is unllikely. I had the op about the same age as you andd although I didn't have brittle bones my GP put me onAdcal-D3 75 mgs 2x2 per day Not a pain med but to make up all the years I had no oestrogen.
Go back and insist about the pain without telling him you think they are connected.
