head issues

I am experiencing some pinches here and there also when I walked would hear a noise in my head every time I take a step. This is really scarring me . had a mri nothing now sending me to a spinal dr since I have bulging disc and and pinched nerve in neck . anyone with helpful information would be great also had burning in head just don't know what is going on and I have 3 boys who m ean the world to me and i'm so scared please help if you have any advise

I am confused.

An MRI would show "bulging disc and and pinched nerve in neck."

Can you remove the confusion please.

The noise in your head when you walk - does it sound like a squelching noise? The only thing I can think of is that, if so, it might be either an ear infection or some water that has got into your ear (eg. after a shower/hair wash). I might be totally wrong here - perhaps I'm misunderstanding what you mean?

But I don't know what you mean by "pinches" or where these are. The best thing is if you explain all this to your GP and see what he/she thinks about it. We can't diagnose you here and we don't really have enough information to help you.

I know it's easier said that done but please try not to get anxious (I can feel the anxiety in your post). Just explain everything to your doctor and get some good medical advice.
