The Magic of Tumeric Please look into it ..

Dear Comrades with pain or should I say Peter P ......

The post below I have taken from the Tumeric Community Group on Face Book and cut and pasted it .... in the hope that you may look into it some more .. I have been taking it for about two weeks and my head feels clearer. The Golden Paste which is spoken of here is a mixture of Tumeric, coconut oil and ground black pepper .. which is boiled with water .. rather a messy job and it stains! The anecdotal evidence is quite compelling and would be worth a try. People use it on wounds on horses and dogs and for joint problems too. From what I read .... it effects people differently with one guy saying that it stopped his craving for alcohol, having given up and then getting back on the wagon.. so to speak. I was interested in her reference to the Pain of negative thinking .... Happy reading hope it helps ....

TAKING HALF A TEASPOON X 3 TIMES DAILY AS GOLDEN PASTE

I am delighted to report that after 25 years of pain and swelling in my hands and over 40 years of rheumatic pains and 12 years of arthritis, for the first time in over 40 years now NOVEMBER 2015 IS PAIN FREE this is truly a first for me. I am clear headed, pain free and recommend anyone new to our group to give GP a go...you have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain.

I have had extraordinary results I believe because I have been as chemical free as is possible in our modern world and gave up all chemically produced pain killers over ten years ago, despite the pain I was in, I had developed serious issues due to strong pain killers at that time. I also drink chemical free water. I first altered my diet and took into account the needs of some foods to be gone from my lifestyle. Turmeric as golden paste was added after a week of adjusting my diet to include meat free products and fish , excluding most meat products and slowly becoming vegetarian 'in the main' not totally but mostly.

My brain fog lifted inside a week.

Rheumatism pain eased within 8 days, arthritis on my increasing dosage from a quarter to a half teaspoon three times a day.

I am feeling other benefits which are good to enjoy, I can walk a full mile daily with my dogs. I had a cold arriving and could feel that h'heavy' feeling in my nose and head which soon dissipated. Little things. My body is fighting back because it isn't having to deal with pain and negative thinking

Just made a new batch for me and the dogs today, good luck and don't forget to ask if you need any help. It can get a bit complicated once you start reading!

Yup! I've been told by several people- chiropractor and Pilates teacher and osteopath, of the anti inflammatory benefits of turmeric. Now I'm going to try it in a bigger quantity. Thanks for the advice!

Hi Rope1967tanzania, that's great news that you are going to give it a go. Please have a look at the Australian Turmeric Life website turmericlife.com.au/turmeri... to see how to make Turmeric Golden Paste. It is important that you have a mix of Turmeric with a curcumin level of between 3 and 5%, a type of non inflammatory oil like 100% raw Virgin coconut oil and freshly ground black pepper to ensure that you get maximum absorption to the body. Also start out on a low dose like 1/4 teaspoon twice a day, and gradually increase as your body gets used to it. You can normally increase the dose By. 1/4 teaspoon about every 5 days. If you increase too quickly you will end up in the toilet a lot! Hope that helps 😃

I totally agree with Bunnytwo, I could rave about Turmeric Golden Paste all day. It is fabulous, it detoxes the body and then can help with a lot of conditions including osteo arthritis pain, rheumatoid arthritis pain, diabetes, Alzheimer's, different cancers. It has really helped me with osteo arthritis pain in my knees and Raynauds in my fingers and toes. I gradually reduced my Raynauds medication after 4 weeks of building up the Golden Paste down to zero! Was I happy with that........ Our six dogs take it, the two oldies, one nearly 15 and the other 14 are both taking it for their arthritis and we have been able to stop their medications. They are both frisky and running about for their toys again. The four youngsters are taking it for general health reasons, skin, coat etc. anyway have a look here turmericlife.com.au and you will find the recipe and loads of info so have a good read first. The link to join their FB Turmeric User Group is also there, you will find some amazing stories. I found the golden paste easy to make, I haven't found it messy when cooking it but yes if you are it does stain. Easily removed with a bleach spray cleaner or if you don't like chemicals you can use coconut oil. Important to start on a low dose, I have been taking since June and am now taking 1 and 1/2 tsps 4 times a day, I put mine in half a cup of almond milk but there are lots of ways of taking it. If you are taking medications you would need to check if there are any contra-indications with Turmeric. Sorry for the long post, hope the discovery of Turmeric Golden Paste will help with some of your pain.

I should have said warm almond milk and then the golden paste just melts with a stir.

You also need to have a healthy gallbladder. I don't have one at all and in the absence of proper medical information about this powerful spice, I decided not to try it.

Hi Calceolaria This is what one of the admins has said about golden paste and the gallbladder......Liz Wallis said: The paste is not harmful to the gallbladder. Just the opposite, in fact, if the person doesn't have gallstones. But it does increase the strength of the normal contractions that push bile out of the gallbladder. If stones are present, one of them can be forced out into the biliary tract where it will cause pain, obstruction and potential bleeding. That's why people with gallstones are discouraged from using turmeric. Liz has also confirmed that if you have no gallbladder at all it is fine to take golden paste. Do you mind me asking if you eat curries, as most will contain turmeric. Hope this info may help x
